This course provides comprehensive learning of storage technology, which will enable the students to make informed decisions in an increasingly complex IT environment. Emphasis on varied components of modern information storage infrastructure, including virtual environments. Topics include architectures, intelligent systems, storage networking technologies, business continuity solutions, information security critical issues, and the emerging field of cloud computing.

This is a special subject that aims to hone the programming prowess of the students, and to foster camaraderie and sportsmanship among the participants. It is also an avenue for the university to recognize intellectually gifted students who could be representatives to various regional and national programming contests.

This course discusses fundamentals of intellectual property, IP rights and IP Laws. Emphasis is on the role of IP in startup business and technology innovation. Topics include patents and utility models; trademarks and industrial designs; copyrights and related rights; geographical indications, trade secrets and protection from unfair competition.

This course provides an overview of the human computer interaction as means of achieving competitive IT product designs. Emphasis is on the best practices of designing interactive systems that are productive and pleasurable to use . Topics include natural computing; user-centered design modelling and process; task analysis; requirements gathering, story-boarding and prototyping;  psychologies of memory and perception; evaluation; and UCSD and advance technologies . 

This course deals with basic Japanese Language (Nihongo) writing and reading in Kana. Emphasis is on vocabulary, grammar and sentence structures. Topics include expressions and greetings, subject-verb agreement, figures of speech, and Particles.
