The deadline set for the submission of Oral-Defense documents was 2/11/2019 and had long been OVERDUE. 

Supposedly, no more adviser consultations shall occur beyond the Feb 11 deadline. We already had a meeting with the panel of advisers and panel members and we had these compromise agreements only for teams who reach 71% of the modules as endorsed by them, to wit:

• Those teams who are due for defense on Monday must lodge their documents not later than 2/17/2019 12:00nn.
  
• All the rest of the teams scheduled for oral defense succeedingly, must lodge their documents not later than 2/18/2019 12:00nn
