To all students enrolled in Practicum 41 (Second Sem 2019-2020)   

Please be informed that there will be a meeting on November 22, 2019(Friday); 8:30am at MMR530A.

Medical Certificate:

1. For your medical examination, please secure a medical referral from the University Clinic (ground floor near Registrar's Office) ,  from 8:00 am-11:00am and 1:00-4:00 pm before November 21, 2019 (Thursday). 

2. For your Medical Certificate issuance, please submit your medical results to the University Clinic before November 22, 2019(Friday) from 8:00am-11:00am and 1:30pm-4:00pm.

Psychological Exam:

Have your Psychological Examination at the College Guidance office within this week only (November 19-22, 2019);  within the following schedules :

           morning - 8:30am ; 10:00am 

           afternoon - 2:30pm; 4:00pm

Deadline for Submission of the Psychological Exam Result will be on Friday (November 22, 2019).

Pls. bring your Practicum Manual.
