Starting this semester, 1st sem 2018-2019, all implementations shall constitute 80%(mobile) and 20%(web). This just means your front end will be mobile-based and your backend web-based. 

Furthermore, your skills test will then be a combo of web and mobile. No more web only or mobile only.
