Final Exam Schedule for Graduating Students: October 4-5, 2018(Thu-Fri)

• Please secure your clearance and OATH of CANDIDACY forms at the Registrar's Office as soon as possible. ( No filing of the application for graduation: No giving of oath of Candidacy form). - 

Deadline of Signing (Dean): October 6, 2018(Saturday); 12:00nn

Deadline for Submission(Registrar's Office): October 8, 2018

Note: Name will not be included in the list of BSIT/ACT candidates for Graduation( souvenir program) if a student fails to submit the needed papers/oath of candidacy on the said Registrar's deadline. 

• Graduation Rehearsal:  October 10, 2018(Wednesday)  ;7:30 in the morning; @ the Cebu Coliseum

*Note: All candidates are required to attend

• Graduation Ceremony: October 16, 2018(Tuesday); 7:00 in the morning @ the Cebu Coliseum

Assembly time /Group pictorial: 6:00 in the morning (SHARP) ; 

Assembly area: near EDP area
