To all BSIT and ACT graduating students

Please be reminded :

Deadline for processing of  your oath of candidacy is on Monday (October 8, 2018).   Names of those who failed to complete on time will not be included in the graduation souvenir program.

 Note: Before submitting to Registrar's office(accomplished copy), please proceed to Student Affairs Office(SAO) for filling -up your Graduating Data Sheet. 

Photo Requirements :

Bring  1 copy of your  1 x 1 picture  - SAO (graduating data sheet)

1 copy of 2 x 2 picture - CCS office (graduate profile)
