To those UC Main CCS students/their dependents who had their 1ST DOSE OF COVID  VACCINE last October 27 /October 28, 2021. Please be reminded of your 2nd  Dose Vaccination schedule. Please read below: 

your 2nd Dose will be on Nov. 17, 2021 Wednesday(8:00am)

Venue: IC3 Pavilion, Mabolo, Cebu City 

School bus : depart at 7:30am; waiting area UC Main Gate 2(Sanciangko St)/UCMain Study Hall

 your   2nd Dose will be on Nov. 18, Thursday (8:00am)

Also, please be reminded of the following:

1. Bring your Vaccination Card that was given during your 1st Dose

2. Valid I.D or Study Loads

3. Bring your Own ballpen, water, and candies

4. Medical Certificates for those with Comorbidities or preexisting health conditions

5. Please observe minimum health protocols at all times.
