Dear CCS Students who are scheduled for  for 1st dose vaccination this coming December 1, 2021, at the IC3 Pavillion, Mabolo, Cebu. 

Please be informed that Buses are   available at the UC-Main, Gate 2 at 7:30 AM.   Please  bring two printed copies of the attached file, this is needed at the vaccination center. Thank you.
