 Your clearance and OATH of CANDIDACY forms  are now available for claiming at the Registrar's Office .  

None filing of the application for graduation: No giving of the oath of Candidacy form  

Note: During submission at CCS Office, please be reminded to bring/submit your picture (with Toga) -Junior Size black and white;  at CCS Office.
