Dear BSIT/ACT Graduating Students(First  Sem 2022-2023)

Pls be informed that before enrolling, 

1. you have to secure Print-out of your grades /Evaluation of grades (First Year to Fourth Year) at the Registrar's office - (Window 2)  ; and

2.   Prospectus with grades  

All of the above-mentioned documents must be presented to the CCS enrolling officer during your enrolment.
