Pls be informed that before enrolling, you have to secure  the following documents:

1. Print-out of your grades (First Year to Fourth Year) at the Registrar's office - (Window 1)  ; and

2. Prospectus with EVALUATION at Registrar's Office -(Window 6 ) - look for Maam Precy

All of the above-mentioned documents must be presented to the CCS enrolling officer during your enrolment.
